Online therapy

Online therapy offers you the opportunity to stay in your familiar surroundings and still receive professional support - conveniently and without having to travel far. 

Sessions are 45 mins long via Teams platform.

1-1 Nature Therapy

We meet with you at a location in nature to walk you through your recovery. During the session We work together with you to gain new perspectives and develop solutions using nature as a source.

Sessions are 45 minutes long - suitable location to be discussed

Sobriety Support

We support you via an encrypted messaging service during your initial recovery, acting as mentor to guide you through triggers, conflicts in social environments and relationships in order to support your ongoing recovery.
